Brett Favre to the Jets: Done Deal

Bretty and the Jets, according to FOX Sports. I've gotta say, Jay Glazer has been all over this story.

UPDATE: According to Adam Schefter, the deal is for a conditional 4th round pick.
If Brett plays in 50% of offensive snaps, it becomes a 3rd round pick.
If Brett plays in 70% of offensive snaps AND the Jets make the playoffs, it becomes a 2nd round pick.
If Brett plays 80% of offensive snaps AND the Jets make the Super Bowl, it becomes a 1st round pick.
